Burgundy appreciates donations of products as a gift-in-kind from individuals or businesses. So that we are able to properly acknowledge your gift and send you a receipt for your contribution, please complete this form.
This form does not serve as a receipt for this contribution, but is intended for our internal records only. A gift-in-kind donation receipt describing the items or merchandise donated will be mailed to the address supplied on the form.
Burgundy is unable to include the estimated value on the donor receipt. It is the responsibility of the donor to supply a receipt for items purchased (strongly preferred) or substantiate the fair market value for his/her own tax purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor to determine the tax implications of your gift.
The donation of services and time spent volunteering, although very valuable and much appreciated, is generally not considered tax deductible by the IRS.
